Finca La Candela is surrounded by native wood, fruit and plantain trees,  which provides the coffee with exceptional shade. The tasting notes are a perfect mix of citrus fruits and sweet flavors with hints of vanilla and sugar cane.

No pesticides or chemicals are used  on the harvesting or processing of the coffee cherries. Organic compost made at the farm is commonly used on the farming process and clean water is used for washing the beans.
